Loma Palisades is a pet friendly community. Each apartment home may have a maximum of two pets per apartment. Residents will be required to provide management with a recent picture of the pet at move-in. Cats must be neutered or spayed, kittens are not allowed. Dogs must be neutered or spayed and at least six months old. Each dog breed's temperament and ability to adapt to community living will be researched. All dogs must also be "interviewed" and physically approved by the Property Manager. Dog Breed Restriction List, including but not limited to: The following breeds of dogs, pure breeds or mixed breeds of any of the following are restricted: Akita, Bedlington Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Karelian Bear Dog, Mastiff/Douge de Borduex/Fila, Pit Bull/American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario (Canary dog) Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Shiba Inu. Reptiles or exotic pets are not allowed. Pet deposit: $500.00 Monthly Pet Rent $30.00 1st Pet, $20.00 2nd Pet.
